Movaci will never access your mailbox for any reason. If your email has disappeared, please try checking the following systems for an answer:-
- Check your webmail trash folder for the missing email.
- Check your mail application settings, specifically trash for the missing email.
- Specific to Outlook, make sure you don't have Auto Archiving setup.
- For Outlook, check to see if your PST file was disconnected from Outlook.
