Windows MTR Trace Route Tool

1. After the download has been completed, extract the folder to your windows desktop. 2. Open the folder and run the program WinMTR64.exe. 3. Enter your destination website URL or IP Address that you are having problems with. If you would like to test your speed to the US, use clp2.movaci.net, if you would like to test your speed to Asia, use clp1.movaci.net. 4. Press Start. 5. Run test for a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 5 minutes. Click Stop. 6. Select Export TEXT. 7. Zip the txt file and send it in response to your support ticket.
