As per an announcement that was sent to customers early last month, Movaci has begun rolling out the upgrade to our Secure Email and Hosting services.
If you run into any problems accessing your service, please try logging into https://my.movaci.com and checking your service hosting information for server name details. Please update your email application mail server settings to reflect this change.
If you still experience problems, please log into your Webmail client and send an email to [email protected] with a screenshot of the error you are encountering.
